эк. дискриминационная цена (цена, ущемляющая интересы какой-л. группы покупателей, т. е. цена, дифференцированная по группам покупателей, при условии, что разница в цене не оправдана ни особенностями товара, ни особенными условиями конкретной сделки, ни дополнительными затратами производителя; цена, сниженная для покупателя, приобретающего большую партию или покупающего бракованное изделие, дискриминационной не считается)
